Ballet
We teach our classes with a high regard for tradition, making sure our students understand proper body placement with the use of technique and terminology. Classes are commonly conducted with classical music. The foundation of all dance forms, ballet is strongly encouraged for all serious students. As students progress, we recommend multiple classes weekly to achieve higher goals.
Dress Code
Girls: Black Leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Shoes. Hair pulled securely into a bun.
Boys: Black Pants, White T-shirt , Black Ballet Shoes
Pointe'
A continuation of ballet, started when the foot is fully developed and a certain level of expertise has been achieved. This form of dance is performed up on full pointe' with special shoes designed specifically for this purpose. This class is only taken by dancers with extensive ballet training and at the appropriate age. Dancers can only be invited into pointe' class by teacher recommendation.
