This class is a mixed level Gentle Flow Yoga. It incorporates breath work which helps to relieve stress. By using slower paced flowing sequences focusing on alignment you can build strength, improve balance and increase flexibility. Yoga helps to ease your mind while improving sleep and can help with greater emotional stability.
Thursday 7:30 - 8:30pm
This class is designed to get people of all levels and abilities dancing, whether you are interested in learning more about dance technique or just want a fun workout. Every class is an hour packed full of good vibes and killer choreo starting with a warmup/stretch, then learning a mini-routine to one song. Dance styles will vary between Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop giving you new, fresh choreography each week. Booty-poppin' optional-ish.
