Acrobatics / Conditioning
Acrobatics emphasizes body agility through floor exercise tumbling. This class aids in increasing body strength and flexibility, and should be coupled with ballet for maximum acrobatic advancement. The sport develops courage, stamina, coordination and timing. Acrobatics unites its power and poise, with grace and beauty to create an intriguing sport. Safety is insured through the use of mats and professional spotting.
Dress Code: Any color leotard/shorts, no tights, barefoot. Hair should be secured firmly in place for all classes. No loose fitting T-shirts, or sweatshirts may be worn.
